Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Telugu Cine Writers Association (“Association”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining transparency in all financial transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for payments made through our website.
1. Membership Fees
All membership application fees, admission fees, renewal fees, and annual membership fees paid to the Telugu Cine Writers Association are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
Members are requested to carefully review their eligibility and application details before making any payment.
2. Membership Application Rejection
If a membership application is rejected by the Association due to ineligibility or other valid reasons before membership approval, the Association may, at its sole discretion, refund the applicable amount after deducting any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative processing fees.
Approved refunds, if any, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
3. Event Registration
Registration fees paid for seminars, workshops, cultural events, meetings, or other Association programs are generally non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by the Telugu Cine Writers Association, eligible participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the registration to a rescheduled event, wherever applicable.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
In case a member or user makes a duplicate payment due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Requests for duplicate payment refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Cancellation Requests
Members may request cancellation of a membership application before approval by writing to the Association.
Cancellation of membership does not automatically entitle the applicant or member to a refund unless specifically approved by the Association.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative charges may be deducted wherever applicable.

Membership Fees
Membership Renewal Fees
Donations and Contributions
Event Registration Fees (unless the event is cancelled by the Association)
Administrative Charges
Any other fee specifically declared as non-refundable at the time of payment
